Parsley comes from the family of Apiaceae which is native to the Mediterranean region. The biological name of the same is Petroselinum Crispum. The wide use of parsley is seen in European, American, and Middle Eastern cuisine. The curly leaf parsley is also used as a garnish. The flat-leaf parsley is having a strong flavor. The root parsley is used in snack or vegetable in stews and soups. Parsley has good growth in well-drained and moist soil in full sun.
