The aromatic flower buds from the family of a tree called Myrtaceae. The native place of the cloves is in Indonesia. Due to different harvest seasons, the cloves are available throughout the year. The biological name of the clove is ‘Syzygium Aromaticum’. It is often used to give flavor qualities and aromatic to the hot beverages. Also, sometimes the cloves are mixed with speculoos and pumpkin spice.
